Rujing Wang

Rujing Wang received B.S. degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology of China and M.S. degree from Dalian University of Technology. He is currently a professor of the Institute of Intelligent Machines , Chinese Academy of Sciences. As the director of the Laboratory for Intelligent Decision and Knowledge Manipulation, he has focused his research primarily on machine learning, knowledge discovery and visual knowledge acquisition. He has taken charge of 19 projects for the National High-Tech Research and Development Plan of China and local key scientific and technological project. He has won the Science and Technology Progress Award (1st class) granted by Anhui province, Hefei Science and Technology Progress Award (1st class), and award for programs of joint development granted by Anhui provice and Hefei Institute of Physical Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He currently has authored or coauthored 79 technical papers in journals or conference proceedings, published 2 research monographs, held 1 granted national patent and 2 pending ones, and owned 14 software copyrights in support instruments of agricultural informatization.
