Recently a piece of good news was gotten from Prague , capital of Czechoslovakia , that the research fellow of IIM—Fanlun Xiong, had won Fellow Award of IFAC. He was the only Chinese scientist of 30 winners who were selected from different countries all over the world, and also was the first Chinese who won.
